Sincerely, Me

This project focuses on creating a tool for affirmation and reassurance and addresses mental health. The button-books are each created by hand and unique to one another regarding their selected buttons and affirmations written inside. They are made in large batches to be given to peers, friends, family, and strangers as gentle reminders to be kind to ourselves. They are made sincerely by me as the artist, with the intentions of the viewer reflecting that sincerity to themselves.
